When the vehicle arrives, we carry out a thorough assessment before any work begins. This involves a close inspection of the paintwork, interior, glass, trim, and wheels — identifying the current condition and any areas requiring particular attention.

For paint enhancement and protection services, we use a paint thickness gauge to measure the depth of the clear coat across all panels. This informs the level of correction that can safely be performed.

Preparation is the foundation of good detailing. Before any correction or protection is applied, the vehicle must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated. Skipping or rushing this stage compromises every subsequent step.

Our preparation process includes a pre-wash, snow foam treatment, safe contact wash, and chemical and mechanical decontamination — leaving the surface completely clean and ready for the next stage.
