Glossline Detailing Limited provides premium vehicle detailing services including, but not limited to, exterior detailing, interior detailing, paint enhancement, and protection and maintenance services.
All services are subject to a consultation and assessment of the vehicle. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including where we consider the requested service to be inappropriate for the vehicle's condition.
Service descriptions on our website are provided for general information purposes. The specific scope of work for each vehicle will be agreed in writing or by email prior to commencement.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided following a consultation and assessment of the vehicle. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
We do not publish fixed prices on our website. All pricing is tailored to the specific vehicle, its condition, and the services required.
Any additional work identified during the service that was not included in the original quotation will be communicated to you before it is carried out. We will not proceed with additional work without your agreement.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written or email confirmation from both parties. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary, and will provide as much notice as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
5. Vehicle Care and Liability
We take all reasonable care when handling your vehicle. However, by engaging our services, you acknowledge the following:
- Pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present before the service commences are not our responsibility. We will document and notify you of any pre-existing damage identified during our assessment.
- Certain paint conditions (e.g. heavily oxidised, previously repaired, or non-standard paint) may limit the results achievable through detailing or polishing. We will advise you of any such limitations before commencing work.
- We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor previous repairs, or paint that is below standard thickness.
- We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in full upon completion of the service and before the vehicle is collected.
We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as agreed. We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until payment is received in full.
7. Aftercare
We provide aftercare guidance following each service. It is your responsibility to follow the recommended aftercare instructions to maintain the results of the service. We are not liable for deterioration of the finish caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.
